Meisen Kimono
Meisen silk is made by weaving pre-dyed threads which give it an interesting surface decoration which appears as a shimmering, soft-edged pattern. Meisen kimono were popular in the early part of the last century and were affordable, durable kimono for everyday wear that were well loved by the Japanese. |
